Day 01: Arrive Leh
Arrival Leh Kushok Bakula Rinpoche Airport and transfer to hotel.
Leh airport is one of the world’s highest operated airports in the world at 3500 metre above sea level. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft, one can see at a distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun in Zanskar valley.
Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transfer to Hotel for Check in (early Check in is subject to availability as standard check in time is 1200 hrs). Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize followed by Welcome tea or Coffee at the Hotel. Evening Visit to Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa & Leh Market.

Day 02: Leh – Excursion to Sham Valley (75 KMS One Way 2-3 HRS)
After breakfast drive towards western part of Ladakh along the Indus River on Leh – Srinagar highway. And start sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum founded by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib founded in 15th century, nestled deep in the Himalayas, drive ahead another 5 km for Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence of The Indus and Zanskar River.
After visiting above places, we drive back to Leh enroute visiting Spituk Monastery, built in 11th century during the region of Gragspa ‘Bum-lde, the monastery uses to follow Kadampa school of Buddhism until 15th century where Gelukpa school of buddhism was started and still in practice with Gelukpa order.

Day 03: Leh – Nubra Valley Via Khardung La 18,380 FT. & Hunder & Diskit (200 KMS / 6-7 HRS)
After breakfast, we drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 metres / 18,380 ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif.
Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level.
Enroute visit Hunder where you have opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high-altitude desert with snow-capped mountains on the horizon. Between Hunder and Diskit you come across sand dunes besides the road. Seen in isolation you could well be amongst the sand dunes of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan. It is indeed a strange sight since immediately on the left of the road are Rocky Mountains that characterize the Ladakhi landscape and in the distance can be seen snow-capped mountains. Further stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley.
Upon arrival in Nubra we check in at our Camp / Hotel.
In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world.

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake (275 KMS / 7-8 HRS)
After an early breakfast we check out from the Camp and drive to Pangong Tso. On reaching there, you can have a sudden view of the Pangong lake situated at 13,930 feet. This famous high-altitude Lake of Pangong is 5- 8Kms wide and over 140 Kms long with 30 % in India and 70% in China.
This large, serene lake forms a brilliant colour variation including deep blue, dark green, turquoise, etc.
Overnight in camps/tents at Pangong Tso.
Day 05: Pangong Lake – Leh Via Changla Pass (160 KMS / 4 – 5 HRS)
After morning breakfast, spent some time near lake and have some photographs of this serene beauty. Further, leave for Leh through Changla pass (5,300 mtr, 17,586 ft) world third highest motorable road in the world. After 2 hrs of drive you reach to Changla pass, stop for a short period for photography.
Enroute pass through Tangtse where you can relax for a cup of tea/ coffee.
Continue drive to Leh.

Day 06: Leh – Kargil (215 KMS / 6-7 HRS)
Wake up to a beautiful morning in the mountains and have a hearty breakfast. Get ready for an adventurous drive to Kargil.
Visit the famous Alchi Monastery which is also regarded as one of the monastic jewels of Ladakh. Pass through the Lamayuru Village and experience a change in the landscape that appears to have a moon-like surface. Visit Basgo Palace and monastery that is perched on a steep hill give an impression of huge anthills emerging from the ground. Reach Kargil in the evening and call it a day.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Kargil.
Day 07: Kargil – Dras – Leh (280 KMS / 8-9 HRS)
Kargil is the second largest city in Ladakh after Leh and famous for the Kargil war, which was fought in the year 1999. Visit Kargil war museum at Drass – a place to commemorate the past and pay homage to our brave soldiers who shed their lives for nation. Travel to Leh, en-route visit Mulbekh where you can see a 50 ft high Chamba statue carved out of a single rock. Drive over Namika-la and Fatu-la, the highest pass on Leh – Srinagar Road. Take a stop at Lamayuru known for its lunar landscape and the monastery is built into the moonscape. Arrive at Leh in the evening.

Day 08: Depart Leh (FLY OUT)
After early morning breakfast transfer to Airport to catch flight for your onward Destination. Fly back with the sweet memories of Ladakh.
