Do Dham By Heli
Trip Duraton: 2 Nights/ 3 days
DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT DEHRADUN/HARIDWAR
The tour commences with pick up facility from Dehradun Airport/ Haridwar Railway Station, a day prior to the Do Dham yatra departure and drop to a hotel in Haridwar/Dehradun where an overnight stay and dinner awaits you.
DAY 2: DEHRADUN/HARIDWAR – KEDARNATH – BADRINATH
We start the day by an early morning take off from the Haridwar Helipad/Dehradun Airport by 6:30 A.M. towards Guptakashi/Phata.
Due to Government regulations, we would be changing from twin engine helicopter to single engine helicopter at Guptakashi/Phata which will fly you to Kedarnath helipad and back. Temple is approximately 500 meters away from the helipad and will take approx.
15 minutes to reach. Special VIP darshan slips for your darshan at the temple are arranged by us.
The group assembles back at Guptkashi/Phata helipad by approx. 11:30 A.M. and departs for Badrinath. The group will arrive at Badrinath around 1 P.M.
After arrival at Badrinath helipad, pick up will be provided and the group will proceed to Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar for an exotic lunch.
After Lunch, enjoy your sightseeing to Mana village, the last border of India. Evening Darshan/Aarti at Badrinath temple will be arranged. The group would then enjoy overnight stay and dinner at Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar.
Note- Shayan Aarti can be arranged on special request.
DAY 3: BADRINATH – DEHRADUN/HARIDWAR
Pickup will be provided from Badrinath helipad for your return journey to Dehradun Airport /Haridwar Railway Station. Arrival at Dehradun/Haridwar by approx 2 PM shall mark the end of this divine Heli-trip of yours.
• To & fro airport transfers in Dehradun/Haridwar with complimentary night stay in 4 star hotel/resort on twin sharing basis with dinner.
• In-house Ganga Aarti at riverside, Haridwar (on subject to stay in Haridwar).
• Helicopter flying services by twin engine helicopter from Haridwar helipad/ Dehradun airport to the Kedarnath ji, Badrinath ji & back.
• Ground handling staff in all locations.
• In-flight refreshments.
• VIP Darshan at Kedarnath & Badrinath.
• Kedarnath ji shuttle services.
• Vehicle cost at Badrinath.
• Night stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico Badrinath or similar on twin sharing basis with all meals.
• Sightseeing to Mana Village, Badrinath.
• Shayan Aarti (on special request & additional payment basis).
• Helicopter handling and landing charges.
• Inclusive of GST.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Children of 2 years and above will be considered as full passengers.
The booking will be con?rmed with 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of journey.
Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% extra cost. This will be permitted only if applied 10 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days of the journey, then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be done subject to availability.
From Guptkashi to Kedarnath, the passengers will be divided in different helicopters depending on the weight and balance of helicopter. The passengers will be requested to maintain the same arrangement till the end of the trip for all safety reasons.
Passengers travelling together may not travel in the same helicopter flight during Guptkashi to Kedarnath. So, there will be a gap of duration between the helicopters.
All ?ights are subject to total weight and balance of the helicopter.
Pilgrimage Aviation reserves the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.
Any extras apart from the meals prescribed in the itinerary will be borne by the passengers directly. Also, the company will not be responsible for any change in the restaurants/hotel by the customer.
Expenses made towards any new inclusion in the itinerary (in the form of newly added sightseeing destination) not mentioned previously in the original itinerary list will be chargeable on actual basis.
All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These expenses will be borne by the customer.
Any additional night due to bad weather, technical reasons etc other than the package inclusions (2 nights) will have to be borne by the client.
GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS:
In respect of COVID-19, all necessary measures issued by the State & Central Governments would have to be adhered by the passengers. Without adhering to the prescribed measures/requirements, boarding would be denied without any refunds.
This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETD on each day of the tour.
There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 2 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
Passengers should carry only soft bags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
In case the weight of the passengers is found on a higher side than the prescribed limit then extra charges would be applicable after an approval from our technical team.
All temples in Do Dham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry woolen clothes, raincoat & regular medical kit with them.
In case the journey is not finished within stipulated time & passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to complete it the next day. However, even if that is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors.
Passengers are requested to book their return flight late in the evening.
Following cancellation charges need to be paid in case of cancellations by the passengers:
Before 20 days of journey – 25 % of the amount
Upto 10 to 15 days before journey – 50 % of the amount
10 days before journey – No Refund
